Enrollment Information and Forms

Dear Parents:
The PSR catechists and I are most grateful that you are enrolling your child(ren) in the St. Michael the Archangel Parish School of Religion (PSR) and that you entrust your child(ren) to our care. We always look forward to seeing the children at PSR on Monday nights.

The tuition for the 2012-2013 year:
Families registered at St. Michael the Archangel Parish:
One Child: $165.00
Two Children: $190.00
Three Children: $225.00
Four Children: $240.00

Families not registered at St. Michael the Archangel Parish:
One Child: $195.00
Two Children: $215.00
Three Children: $255.00
Four Children: $270.00

PSR will turn away no child due to financial reasons. Parish grants are available, and you must contact Fr. Dennis Doyle regarding such grants.

This year a late fee of $50.00 is being instituted if currently registered PSR families do not register by Monday, May 16, 2011. Meeting this registration deadline date is necessary so, that, we may plan for the upcoming PSR year, so we thank you in advance for meeting the deadline date.

If you are a currently registered family, you will also find enclosed your child(ren)’s second period (of three periods) report card(s)! If you have concerns regarding comments on the report card, please contact your child’s catechist.
